Jyoti Structures has announced a board meeting on the conversion of 7.5 lakh warrants into an equal number of equity shares at Rs. 13.20 each, raising Rs. 0.99 Cr. Post allotment, the paid-up share capital has increased marginally. The conversion was subscribed by a non-promoter investor, Sanjeev Aggarwal. This capital infusion boosts equity and supports future growth without adding debt.
