Puravankara’s wholly owned subsidiary, Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Ltd, has secured a ₹272.02 Cr EPC contract for civil and finishes works at the “TRU AQUAPOLIS” residential project in Varthur, Bengaluru. The client is Tru Dwellings Private Limited. The execution timeline will be as per the formal contract agreement. This contract strengthens Puravankara’s presence in the Bengaluru residential segment.
