Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited — Important, 18-06-2025: General Updates

Mahindra Lifespace Developers has announced a board meeting on its Rights Issue allotment. The company has allotted 5.82 crore equity shares at Rs. 257 each (including Rs. 247 premium) to eligible shareholders, raising the paid-up share capital to Rs. 213.26 Cr from Rs. 155.10 Cr. The promoter Mahindra & Mahindra’s stake increased from 51.14% to 52.43%. A small portion of shares (67,745) remains in abeyance pending approvals. This capital raise strengthens the company’s financial position for growth and project execution.
