Morepen Laboratories has announced a board meeting on the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, MOREPEN LABS - FZCO, in the Dubai Free Zone, UAE. This new entity will focus on trading pharmaceuticals and medicines outside the UAE. The subsidiary was set up with an authorized capital of AED 50,000 (approx. ₹1 crore) through a cash investment and is fully owned by Morepen. This move indicates Morepen's intent to expand its international trading footprint in the pharmaceutical sector.
