This follows its 51% acquisition of Technogen India Private Limited, which specializes in staffing and resource placement for major GCC clients like MassMutual, JPMC, and Verizon. The subsidiary will serve as a strategic business unit to be hived off later, supporting EQUIPPP’s growth in the IT services segment.
