Ltd. to execute rehabilitation and overlay (BC) periodic maintenance works in Uttar Pradesh, expected to complete within three months excluding monsoon. It recently secured two orders totaling Rs. 16.76 Cr from Vadodara Kim Expressway Pvt. Ltd. The board also approved a merger with Markolines Infra Limited, positioning the combined entity as the largest player in the highway operation and maintenance sector, subject to approvals.
