ITCONS E-Solutions has announced a board meeting on which 93,800 fully paid-up equity shares were allotted to promoter group member Mr. Adit Mittal upon conversion of warrants, raising Rs. 49.95 lakh. Post allotment, Mr. Mittal’s shareholding increased to 3,68,800 shares (6.27%). The company’s paid-up equity capital rose to Rs. 58.87 Cr.
