Standalone revenue was ₹61.50 Cr, up from ₹58.81 Cr, with PAT at ₹5.10 Cr. EBITDA margin improved significantly on a consolidated basis to 23.1%. The company continues expanding its mViva customer engagement platform, serving 40 telecom networks across 34 countries with patented technology and AI-driven solutions. It operates with deep telecom domain expertise and a managed services model covering business, IT, and operations consulting. The company’s strategy includes organic growth through market expansion and revenue per customer, and inorganic growth via acquisitions like the Estel Technologies software business.

Pelatro’s balance sheet reflects strong equity growth post-IPO and preferential allotment, with net worth rising to ₹79.45 Cr consolidated and ₹80.80 Cr standalone as of March 31, 2025. The company has adequate internal financial controls per audit reports, and no significant regulatory or legal issues impacting operations. The subsidiary Pelatro Pte. Ltd. reported a net capital deficiency but received financial support from Pelatro Limited. The final dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
