Mtar Technologies Limited — Important, 19-06-2025: Agreements

MTAR Technologies has announced a 10-year contract with international firm Weatherford Products GMBH to execute Whipstock assemblies and other critical products. Orders are expected at Rs. 10 Cr in FY26, scaling up to Rs. 90 Cr annually from FY27. Production will take place at a new Adibatla facility slated to be operational by mid-2026. The deal strengthens MTAR’s long-term revenue visibility in the oilfield services segment with no promoter group interest involved.
