Matrimony.com has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company is initiating the transfer of equity shares with unclaimed dividends for seven consecutive years to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends from FY 2017-18 onwards have been notified to claim their dividends, failing which shares will be transferred by the deadline. Post-transfer, claims can only be made through the IEPF Authority. No operational or business updates were disclosed.
