UNO Minda Limited — Important, 19-06-2025: Capacity addition

Uno Minda Limited has announced a board meeting on June 19, 2025, approving a Rs. 210 Cr capacity expansion to set up a new casting facility in Aurangabad for EV OEM demand. The new plant will add 3,629 MT p.a. capacity over five years in phases, with Phase 1 expected to start operations in Q2 FY 2026-27. Funded through internal accruals and term loans, this expansion aims to drive business growth in the EV components segment.
