BSE Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has notified shareholders that its 20th Annual General Meeting will be held through video conferencing and other electronic means. Shareholders are encouraged to update their PAN, KYC details, and email addresses to ensure receipt of dividends and communications electronically. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹23 per equity share, which includes a special dividend of ₹5 to mark BSE's 150th anniversary, subject to shareholder approval. Tax deduction at source will apply on dividend payments.
