MMTC has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company is initiating the transfer of equity shares with unpaid/unclaimed dividends for seven consecutive years (FY 2017-18) to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders yet to claim their dividends are urged to do so or notify the Registrar before the deadline to avoid share transfer. Both unclaimed dividends and shares transferred can be reclaimed from IEPF following prescribed procedures.
