Safari Industries (India) Limited — Important, 19-06-2025: General Updates

Safari Industries has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company notified shareholders that equity shares with unpaid/unclaimed dividends for seven consecutive years (from FY 2017-18 onwards) will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) if not claimed by the deadline. Shareholders are urged to claim pending dividends to avoid automatic transfer of shares and dividends to IEPF. Future benefits on such shares will also be credited to the IEPF authority. This move aims to clear unclaimed equity and improve shareholding records.
