GE Vernova T&D India Limited has announced a board meeting on September 10, 2025, for its 69th AGM through virtual means. Mr. Sanjay Sagar has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The company has also approved the appointment of M/s. RMG & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder consent. A final dividend of Rs. 5 per share (250%) is proposed for FY 2024-25, subject to approval.
