Jaykay Enterprises Ltd — Updates, 19-06-2025: Company Update

Jaykay Enterprises has announced a case of fraud involving its material subsidiary, Neumesh Labs, jointly held with Additive 3D Pte Limited. Former Director of Neumesh Labs, Mr. Prakasam Anand, is accused of misappropriating funds, falsifying documents, and criminal breach of trust, with an estimated impact of around Rs. 37 Cr and total amount involved about Rs. 53 Cr. Despite recovery efforts, Mr. Anand remains absconding. Neumesh Labs has filed a criminal complaint and is working with EOS GmbH to resolve outstanding receivables. The company is cooperating fully with authorities and will update shareholders on developments.
