The company is selling its investment property at Hubtown Viva, Mumbai, comprising office space of 10.22 sq. meters with one car parking slot, to Mrs. Aradhana Maurya for Rs. 1.10 Cr. This sale will not affect the company’s business operations as the property was not used for business activities. The transaction is at arm’s length with no related-party involvement.
