Infibeam Avenues Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 19-06-2025: Rights Issue

Infibeam Avenues has announced a rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares worth ₹700 Cr at an issue price of ₹10 each (face value ₹1 + premium ₹9). Shareholders will get 67 shares for every 267 shares held as on the record date of June 26, 2025. The payment is split into two calls of ₹5 each. If fully subscribed, the total equity base will increase from ~279 Cr shares to ~349 Cr shares, diluting existing equity but raising substantial capital for growth or debt reduction. This offers shareholders a chance to increase holdings at a discount.
