Infibeam Avenues Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 19-06-2025: Rights Issue

Infibeam Avenues has announced a rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares worth ₹700 Cr at an issue price of ₹10/share (face value ₹1). Existing shareholders will get 67 rights shares for every 267 fully paid shares held as on the record date (June 26, 2025). The issue proceeds will strengthen the company’s capital base, increasing the total equity shares from ~279 Cr to ~349 Cr assuming full subscription. This raises fresh capital while diluting existing shareholders proportionally, offering a chance to maintain ownership through participation.
