UCO Bank — Others, 19-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

UCO Bank has announced the outcome of its 22nd Annual General Meeting held via video conference. All resolutions proposed, including approval of the audited financial statements, declaration of dividend for FY 2024-25, equity capital raising plan for 2025-26, and appointment of M/s A Saraswat & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, were passed with requisite majority. The AGM also approved the appointment of Shri Ravi Kumar Agrawal and Shri Anjan Talukdar as Part-time Non-Official Directors for one year. The meeting featured management’s response to shareholder queries on business performance and future outlook.
