Quess Corp Limited — Important, 19-06-2025: General Updates

Quess Corp has announced a board meeting on August 29, 2025, for the AGM and approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company appointed Ms. Sudha Suresh, Mr. S Devarajan, and Dr. Vivek Mansingh as Independent Directors for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kalpathi Ratna Girish was re-appointed as Independent Director for a second five-year term. Ms. Revathy Ashok and Mr. Gaurav Mathur will step down as Independent Directors upon completion of their tenures. Mr. Parameshwar G Bhat was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to approval. The record date for final dividend entitlement is set for August 8, 2025.
