Mason Infratech Limited — Board Meeting, 19-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mason Infratech has announced a board meeting on which it approved a preferential issue of 49.6 lakh equity shares to non-promoters at Rs. 124/share, raising about Rs. 61.5 Cr. Additionally, 24.08 lakh fully convertible warrants will be issued to promoters and non-promoters at the same price, targeting around Rs. 29.9 Cr. The company also increased its authorized share capital from Rs. 24 Cr to Rs. 25 Cr. An Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for mid-July via video conferencing to approve these matters. Ms. Anuradha Sangeeta Parmar joins as an additional Independent Woman Director, bringing strong corporate governance and legal expertise.
