Mason Infratech Limited — Important, 19-06-2025: General Updates

Mason Infratech has announced a board meeting to approve fund-raising through preferential allotment of 49.6 lakh equity shares and 24.08 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 124 each, raising approx Rs. 61.5 Cr and Rs. 29.9 Cr respectively. The company will increase its authorized share capital from Rs. 24 Cr to Rs. 25 Cr. An EOGM will be held via video conferencing to seek shareholder approval. Ms. Anuradha Sangeeta Parmar has been appointed as an Additional Independent Woman Director to strengthen corporate governance.
