Venus Pipes & Tubes has allotted 60,000 equity shares on conversion of 61,000 warrants to promoters Mr. Arun Axaykumar Kothari (44,000 shares) and Mr. Jayantiram Motiram Choudhary (16,000 shares) at Rs. 1,700/share. The company received Rs. 7.78 Cr from the warrant exercise price. Paid-up capital now stands at Rs. 20.49 Cr comprising 2.05 crore shares. This infusion strengthens promoter holding and adds fresh equity capital.
