Aegis Logistics Limited — Board Meeting, 19-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Aegis Logistics has announced a board meeting on key decisions including approval of the audited consolidated financial results for FY25. The company posted a consolidated profit after tax of ₹787 Cr, up from ₹672 Cr last year, supported by steady revenue at ₹6,764 Cr. Earnings per share rose to ₹18.90. They declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share for FY26 and recommended a final dividend of ₹6 per share for FY25. Aegis Vopak Terminals, a subsidiary, successfully completed an IPO raising ₹2800 Cr. Board approved the re-appointment of Ms. Tasneem Ali as Independent Director and appointed new secretarial and internal auditors for FY26.
