G R Infraprojects Limited — Important, 19-06-2025: General Updates

GR Infraprojects has announced a board meeting. Its wholly owned subsidiary, GR Bandikui Jaipur Expressway Pvt Ltd, received a provisional completion certificate for the 4-lane Greenfield expressway spur from Delhi-Vadodara Greenfield expressway near Bandikui to Jaipur. The project, awarded at a bid cost of ₹1368 Cr on Hybrid Annuity Mode, is now fit for commercial operation. This milestone signals progress in the Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I, potentially enhancing revenue visibility from hybrid annuity projects.
