Aegis Logistics Limited — Important, 19-06-2025: Agreements

Aegis Logistics Limited and its associate, Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL), have signed a Framework Agreement where AVTL will acquire a specialised ammonia storage terminal (36,000 MT capacity) developed by Aegis at Pipavav Port. AVTL will pay ₹157.5 Cr upfront upon execution. A separate Business Transfer Agreement will be executed upon project completion. The transaction is at arm’s length and strengthens Aegis’s collaboration with its associate, unlocking significant value from the terminal asset.
