Aegis Logistics Limited — Important, 19-06-2025: Updates

Aegis Logistics has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue of ₹2977.78 Cr and profit after tax of ₹529 Cr for the year, up from ₹411.83 Cr last year. Segment-wise, the Gas Terminal division remains the largest contributor with ₹2743.59 Cr revenue. The board approved a final dividend of ₹6 per share and declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share for FY 2025-26. Subsidiary Aegis Vopak Terminals completed a ₹2800 Cr IPO and is now publicly listed.
