Aegis Logistics has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported standalone profit after tax of ₹529 Cr, up from ₹412 Cr the previous year, with revenue stable at around ₹2,977 Cr. On a consolidated basis, profit after tax rose to ₹787 Cr from ₹672 Cr, while consolidated revenue declined slightly to ₹6,764 Cr. The board declared a final dividend of ₹6 per share for FY25 and approved an interim dividend of ₹2 per share for FY26. Ms. Tasneem Ali has been re-appointed as an independent director for a second term. The company also appointed M/s Naithani & Shetty Associates as Secretarial Auditor and re-appointed M/s Natwarlal Vyapari & Co LLP as Internal Auditors. Notably, Aegis Vopak Terminals, a subsidiary, completed a ₹2,800 Cr fresh equity IPO and is now listed on NSE and BSE.
