Aegis Logistics Limited — Important, 19-06-2025: Agreements

Aegis Logistics has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company entered a Framework Agreement with CRL Terminals Pvt Ltd, under which CRL will acquire specialized storage terminal assets (94,148 cbm capacity) at Kandla developed by Aegis Logistics. The agreement size is INR 49.5 Cr. CRL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd, of which Aegis Logistics is a promoter. The transaction is conducted at arm’s length, indicating fair market terms.
