Aegis Logistics’ wholly owned subsidiary, Sea Lord Containers Limited (SCL), has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement with its associate, Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL), to transfer the Cryogenic LPG Terminal at New Mangalore Port with an 82,000 MT storage capacity. The transaction value stands at ₹671.3 Cr, payable upon execution. This arm’s length transfer consolidates AVTL’s terminal operations, potentially enhancing operational efficiency and strategic positioning in the LPG logistics space.
