Ravindra Energy Limited has completed the sale of its entire stake in two subsidiaries, REL Kumbhari Solar Project 10 Private Limited and REL Wardha Solar Project 4 Private Limited, to Hexa Climate Solutions Private Limited. These subsidiaries, focused on solar energy projects, have now ceased to be part of Ravindra Energy’s operations. The buyers are independent entities specializing in renewable energy and not related to the company’s promoters, reflecting a strategic divestment outside any related party arrangements.
