ITD Cementation India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve key leadership changes following a change in ownership to Renew Exim DMCC (Adani Group). Two new Independent Directors, Mr. Manoj Kumar Kohli, an experienced growth advisor with 45 years across telecom, renewable energy, and tech, and Mrs. Sangeeta Bhatia, a finance veteran from NTPC with expertise in resource mobilization and governance, have been appointed for three-year terms. Meanwhile, Independent Directors Mr. Sunil Shah Singh and Mrs. Jana Chatra resigned tied to the ownership transfer. The board expressed appreciation for their contributions.
