Both bring extensive leadership experience—Mr. Kohli with over 45 years across telecom, renewable energy, and digital sectors, and Mrs. Bhatia with 36 years at NTPC focusing on finance and corporate governance. Concurrently, Mr. Sunil Shah Singh and Mrs. Jana Chatra resigned as Independent Directors following a change in ownership after the promoter stake transferred from Italian Thai Development Public Company Limited to Renew Exim DMCC of the Adani Group. The resignations were solely due to this ownership change.
