Waaree Energies has announced a board meeting on a project location change to address execution delays and expedite its 6 GW integrated solar manufacturing facility. The revised plan splits capacity across multiple sites in Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra, with 3 GW module plants and separate 6 GW cells, ingots, and wafers units. Total project capex remains stable at about Rs. 905 Cr, with shifts in land, building, machinery, and contingency costs reflecting new site allocations.
