Smruthi Organics held its 36th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing, chaired by the Managing Director. The company’s audited financial statements were adopted, and a dividend of Rs 1.5 per share (15%) was declared on 1.14 crore equity shares. Directors including Ms. Eaga Smruthi were re-appointed. Remuneration for related party Mrs. Eaga Rimika was approved, along with ratification of the Cost Auditor’s fees for FY26. Mr. H. R. Thakur was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Managing Director Mr. E. Purushotham and Joint Managing Director Mr. E. Swapnil were re-appointed through special resolutions.
