Shriram Finance Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company will hold its 46th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing without physical presence of members. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share (150%) for the financial year 2024-25, subject to members’ approval. Dividend payments will be made electronically to shareholders on the register as of the record date. Members are encouraged to update bank details and email IDs to ensure smooth receipt of the dividend and communications. Electronic voting and live webcast facilities will be available for shareholders during the AGM.
