Ganesha Ecosphere has announced a board meeting on which the company will discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company issued a corrigendum correcting typographical errors in production and sales volume figures from its earlier investor presentation. In Q4FY25, consolidated revenue declined QoQ to INR 344.4 Cr with EBITDA stable around INR 51.1 Cr and PAT at INR 23.8 Cr. On a YoY basis, consolidated revenue rose 13% to INR 344.4 Cr with EBITDA margin steady at 14.8%. FY25 consolidated revenue jumped 31% to INR 1,465.5 Cr, with PAT more than doubling to INR 103.1 Cr, reflecting robust volume growth and operational scale. Capacity utilization was near full in standalone business. Margin pressure persisted in rPSF due to high raw material costs. The company continues expanding rPET granules capacity and focusing on value-added products to capture growing sustainable packaging demand.
