Pioneer Investcorp Ltd — Updates, 20-06-2025: Company Update

Pioneer Investcorp Limited has announced a board meeting outcome including the re-appointment of Mr. Gaurang Gandhi as Managing Director for a three-year term starting October 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. K.C. Maniar has completed her tenure as Independent Director. New appointments include Mrs. Saraswathy Sadasivan as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Mr. Raj Kumar Singh as a Non-Executive Independent Director, both pending shareholder approval. Mr. Shailesh Dalal is set for re-appointment as an Independent Director for a second term. Mr. Tushya Jatia is proposed for re-appointment as Director liable to retire by rotation. The company approved the appointment of M/s Vineet Patel & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder consent. Committees have been reconstituted accordingly. Approval for issuing secured/unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures up to Rs.300 Cr on a private placement basis was also noted.
