Pioneer Investcorp Limited has announced a board meeting outcome including key leadership changes and strategic decisions. Mr. Gaurang Gandhi is set for re-appointment as Managing Director for three years starting October 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. K.C. Maniar’s tenure as Independent Director ended after two terms. New appointments include Mrs. Saraswathy Sadasivan as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Mr. Raj Kumar Singh as Non-Executive Independent Director, both pending shareholder approval. Mr. Shailesh Dalal and Mr. Tushya Jatia have been re-appointed as Directors. The company has appointed M/s Vineet Patel & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years. The board approved issuing secured or unsecured redeemable NCDs aggregating up to Rs.300 Cr on private placement, subject to shareholder approval. Committees have been reconstituted accordingly.
