Smruthi Organics Ltd has announced a board meeting to adopt the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company held its AGM where eight resolutions were passed, including adoption of audited financial statements and declaration of a dividend of Rs 1.5 per share (15%). Ms. Eaga Smruthi was re-appointed as Director retiring by rotation. The remuneration of Mrs. Eaga Rimika, Executive – Business Development, was increased for holding office or place of profit. Mr. H. R. Thakur was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Both Managing Director Mr. E. Purushotham and Joint Managing Director Mr. E. Swapnil were re-appointed. All resolutions recorded strong shareholder approval.
