Tanla Platforms Limited — Updates, 20-06-2025: Incorporation

Tanla Platforms has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Karix Mobile Private Limited, has incorporated a step-down subsidiary, Karix Mobile LLC, in Saudi Arabia with a subscribed share capital of SAR 350,000. Karix Mobile LLC will operate in the CPaaS sector to expand Tanla’s presence in the Middle East, aiming to capitalize on growing communication needs. Karix Mobile Private Limited holds 70% of the new entity, which is yet to start operations.
