CARYSIL LIMITED — Important, 20-06-2025: General Updates

Carysil has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company is initiating the process of sending individual notices to shareholders with unclaimed dividends from FY 2017-18 onwards. If not claimed by October 31, 2025, the corresponding shares and dividends will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders are urged to update their bank and KYC details promptly to avoid automatic transfer and to ensure future dividends are credited via electronic bank transfer.
