Pratham EPC Projects has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company approved issuing a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) up to AED 8 million (~₹16 Cr) to support its wholly owned subsidiary, Pratham International Contracting LLC-OPC, securing its loan/credit facility. This SBLC represents a contingent liability for Pratham EPC but is executed at arm's length and classified as a material related party transaction. No promoter group interest is involved beyond the subsidiary relationship.
