IndianOil has announced a board meeting and appointed Ms. Esha Srivastava as a Government Nominee Director. Ms. Srivastava is an experienced Indian Foreign Service Officer currently serving as Joint Secretary (International Cooperation) in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. She brings extensive diplomatic and petroleum sector experience, with previous stints at Indian embassies in Bhutan, Sri Lanka, France, and at UNESCO. She holds leadership roles on boards of ONGC Videsh, Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Ltd., and has served on boards of GAIL, Mangalore Refinery, and Bharat Petro Resources. This strengthens IndianOil’s strategic linkages with the government and international cooperation.
