Adani Green Energy Limited — Important, 20-06-2025: General Updates

Adani Green Energy has announced a board meeting to approve the allotment of 21.21 lakh equity shares to Ardour Investment Holding Ltd. following the conversion of warrants at an issue price of Rs. 1,480.75 per share. This transaction raised roughly Rs. 235.56 crore for the company, increasing the paid-up capital and marginally boosting promoter shareholding from 61.86% to 61.91%. Ardour retains the option to convert remaining warrants within the stipulated period.
