Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited — Others, 20-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited has announced a board meeting to consider increasing its authorized share capital from Rs. 48.5 Cr to Rs. 111 Cr. It plans a preferential issue of 1.5 Cr equity shares at Rs. 10 each to Mr. Kurjibhai Premjibhai Rupareliya, who will become a promoter post open offer, aiming to raise Rs. 15 Cr for working capital. Additionally, the company proposes issuing 6.8 Cr convertible warrants at Rs. 10 each to non-promoter investors to raise Rs. 68 Cr, also for working capital. The allotments will be subject to regulatory approvals and lock-in norms. The change will dilute existing promoter holdings and alter management control.
