Puravankara Limited has allotted 500 senior secured NCDs on private placement, each with a face value of INR 10 lakh, raising INR 50 Cr in the first tranche from identified investors. These unlisted, unrated, redeemable debt securities will help the company with fund infusion without diluting equity.
