Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited — Board Meeting, 20-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

ONGC has announced a board meeting on which approved providing a corporate guarantee of up to USD 412 million to support fund raising by its subsidiary OOIL. These funds will be used for onward lending to ONGC Videsh Limited and its subsidiaries for overseas investments. This move strengthens ONGC’s international expansion capabilities through its subsidiaries.
