Adani Logistics, a subsidiary of Adani Ports, has sold 49% stake in its joint venture, Veracity Supply Chain Limited, to the JV partner Riddhi Infocom Solutions LLP, retaining 1% stake. Veracity reported a turnover of Rs. 36,283 lakh and net worth of Rs. 10.99 lakh in the last financial year. The divestment fetched Rs. 4.90 lakh. The buyer is not part of Adani's promoter group, and the deal is a routine business adjustment without material financial impact.
